So i brought my puppy in to use the washing station and the experience was awesome. The staff was so kind and helpful and was so sweet to my puppy. While drying my puppy the nozzle decided to explode and spray water all over me. I laughed and scrambled to turn it off and the staff immediately came over to help. Since the nozzle broke, they comped the bath and were so polite. They have a very professional and knowledgeable staff, and I will continue to use this store and there bathing stations.
Nice, new pet supply store. Small, but interesting merchandise line. They offer some brands that the bigger stores don't. They even offer do-it-yourself pet washing stations! Staff is polite and friendly. And of course, pet friendly.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. When my dog was screaming bloody murder because he was getting a bath the staff was very sympathetic and offered him lots of treats and smiles when he was finished. Wish I lived closer!!
