I was very pleased with the service at the Somerdale location. Brett was very trustworthy and fair. I will definitely refer friends and family to this place of business. I came back a second time and I met Warren and I was again pleased. Awesome service.
Stopped in today after work to just browse around the store to see what new stock they had. As soon as i walked in i saw how busy the staff was with the 10 or so customers they had. One man was not happy because i guess he missed his pawn on his watch. Like come on dude you missed the date its not on these guys, but then i heard him talk about how the pocket watch was his grandfathers and he made it through world war 2 with it so it struck a chord in my heart. The guys behind the desk tried everything they could to help the man but he left, no watch in hand. It was at that point that something amazing happened, i saw the watch and it was cheap enough that i could buy it. I quickly gave the guys my money and took the watch and ran outside. I saw the man still distraught and i told him about the watch and i had enough to get it. I thanked him very much for missing his pawn and now i have a shiny new watch!

0 stars! This place is a rip off ... I had a set of brand new bits, never used, worth over $100. He offered me ten buck for it. I told him he was crazy.. pulled out my phone and showed him multiple sites where they were right around the price 100. He pulls up some auction site where they were on sale for about 40. Not to mention, I never heard of this site before.. I then asked about the site and he knew nothing about it either.. I told him no thank you keep your 10 bucks and walked out. These people are a bunch of crooks preying on people who are going through a ruff time. Luckily I'm not going through that tough of a time to allow someone to take advantage me. Do yourself a favor stay away from this place and open an eBay account and sell it yourself online.
