Super disappointed with this location. Should have known by the odor and tidiness of the building. Super hard to communicate with doctor.. tried to get test results, took weeks.. They offer an online portal for communicating but I have yet to receive a response from my gynecologist Stephanie Finley through there.. was told I need to schedule another appt just to discuss test results with her.. what a waste of money. This place truly sucks. The receptionists and nurses are super nice, its too bad the core is rotten.. was left with borderline-traumatic anxiety from a misunderstanding of the results. Horrible!! AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs.

I have NEVER had a problem with this place. I may wait a little bit but that is any establishment, but the OBGYNs are Amazing, friendly and always caring of my needs.

Went here for my 2nd pregnancy. They knew I had preeclampsia in my first pregnancy and they knew my blood pressure was consistently high every appointment yet they made no attempt to try and prevent me from getting preeclampsia again. I ended up hospitalized at 25 weeks with severe preeclampsia and had to deliver my daughter 14 weeks early! She passed away after 6 weeks. Had they took the steps necessary to prevent me from getting preeclampsia again, maybe my daughter would have survived. Instead they said they knew my BP was high but they could only monitor it which is bs because I spoke with a woman from the preeclampsia foundation and she told me that they usually give aspirin to women who have had preeclampsia before and closely monitor them which Kennedy did not do.

I can't even begin with the disgust and anger I have with this place. The doctors are not the problem it's the women who work at the desk and operate this office. They are always rude and nasty to me and as I would stand there in the office, to other patience on the phones as well. They are highly incompetent and make small tasks, like filling out a physical form, super hard and impossible. Trying to get into Kennedy health as a first time patient, super worried about my breast for cancer and my constant head pains, they hung up on me and were extremely rude to sign me up for an appointment because I was not a real patient there but a "first time patient" which means you must wait at least 3-6 months to be even worthy of a visit. I also am trying to get them to send a physical health form over to my college and they won't answer any calls for some strange reason they never made clear over the machine recorded message, and they just gave me a nasty call about the college physical form I sent in(my college did too but they are a college, hard to get anything done with them too). One side was for my Immunizations and I had written and instructed for it not to be filled out, but they had just called for more paperwork to be filled that I said didn't need to be completed. She was very rude, as per usual, and uncaring. And this hasn't been for one lady, but every single one in their turn. They need to renovate the staff and get more competence in managing. Kennedy Health, despicable. People, go to Virtua or Cooper, Virtua was fast, easy, sweet, and nice in facility, competence, doctors, and handling. Cooper was very great with my family as well.

You can never get a hold of the doctor unless you go in for an appointment. Suarez will discuss your private medical patient information with their billing manager Sherry which is a violation of privacy. If you have a billing issue, forget about ever receiving a response. However, if you are lucky enough to get Sherry on the phone, she'll yell at you and tell you that you never paid for anything anyway even though your insurance DID pay for it.
