Checked in online and got to place only to tell me that I needed paystubs or utility bill. Didn't say anything online about needing that information. My debit card was not enough.
Had very bad customer experience. Rude staff. This location does not adhere to the rental agreement. Mine was 'unlimited' mileage booking. I had to travel to Canada. But when i contacted this facility, it was informed that since its international travel, there are mileage restrictions of 200 miles/day. Not at all expected from enterprise!!!
Awesome cars .: very good deals to rent a car
I've rented from here multiple times. However the very last time was this past August 2017 and the rental car was FILTHY!!! I had to wash the windows inside and out the car was not vacuumed there was crumbs and stains all over the back of the car and dead bugs in the rear window over the trunk. When I pulled up in the parking lot the car was parked in the lot and when they pulled the car up for me to take it it was wet as if they just ran the hose over it real quick to give off the impression that the car had been washed. I began my trip about 10 hours later and the more time I spent in the car the more filth I noticed. I was very annoyed.
Cancelled my booking
Check the car clearly for dents and scratches. I missed one when the car was given directly after wash and it was wet. When I returned they said it I made it since I have signed it before. Please be careful when getting the car. The staff are friendly.
