Great Experience. The minivan we rented was like new and even had the DVD player built in. This was an unexpected bonus that made the long drive go much more quickly for the kids in the back!

I went to the Somerdale office to see about a past due account I had paid years ago, but apparently was stopping me from entering a reservation on the website. The manager cordially greeted me and carefully listened to my explanation and looked over my paperwork. This is where I started to get high hopes because the manager immediately got on the phone with the regional office and started his investigation. Long story short - it was not my account that was blocking me from reserving a car, but another account that got my name placed on it mistakenly. The manager apologized for my inconvenience and I was able to arrange my rental - he upgraded me from a midsize to a premium vehicle for only a minor upcharge! The manager was top notch and I appreciated his customer service skills in dealing with an upset customer. I will happily use Enterprise again if the need arises...
