HOB provides an atmosphere that is warm and invited. As soon as you hit the door you are greeted by everyone and not just your particular stylist. HOB provides a long list of services that you are able to book online and via phone. My stylist is Tiffany Richards and she provides stellar service. She notices the changes in my hair and makes recommendations on the steps that we should take to get my hair healthy. Whatever she tells me to do I’m on it because she knows her craft. Not many stylist will tell you that you can FaceTime them so they can see what your hair is doing when you are away and don’t know how long you will be gone. Thanks for all you do Tiffany Richards

I have been booking with Chenelle for over a year and I absolutely love the service. She created a custom color on my natural hair and people compliment me on it everywhere I go. My hair is so healthy and it shows. I love that the salon is available for appointments on Sundays and I use the app to book my next visits. This isn't one of those salons where the stylists book more clients than they can handle and end up making someone wait a long time. Believe me if it was, I would have left a long time ago. I recommend this business to anyone looking to step their hair game up.

She stated she was trying to help by asking him what kind of braids he wanted, when he answered her question by saying to her he didn’t know that’s why he was having the consultation, she didn’t like the response. And decided to then go and seemingly talk about him to whomever in the back and laughing. That in itself was not professional. If he did have an attitude, it was warranted by the absent stylist. Helping would have been trying to reach the stylist to see if she was coming or not.

My takeaway is that when I called she immediately attempted to justify her actions by blaming him as if he did something wrong. He was early, and didn’t may a fuss about how long she would be, he didn’t have time for this, what kind of person is she to make an appt and not be here, etc.

I called the salon today to talk about my sons experience as I recommended the salon to him. I spoke to the person who’ve I had been seeing for my hair (Tiffany.) When I introduced myself and informed that my son was there she went into a long story from her point of view. Which is fine, but as I wanted to explain his point of view, I didn’t get as much time as I gave her to explain. She concluded the call with asking “what can we do to move on?” I kindly informed her that I didn’t want to take up anymore of her time, neither would my son, and that she could cancel my upcoming appointment.

The owner should be disappointed that this is going on if she/he is not aware. I would have like to continue to come here to get my hair done but after my stylist spoke to me they way she did it’s unfortunate that I have to cease my patronage.

Great customer service. Wonderful stylists. My first time here and i felt right at home. I will definitely be a returning customer. Not only was the service great but it was done in a timely manner. I recommend anyone to this place!!!!

Was very disappointed with the lack of customer service I was provided with. Me being the person that I am was early to the appointment I had @1:30. Waited about 25 minutes for the stylist for a consultation but they were a now show. I was prompted a question by another stylist and answered accordingly. Said stylist then went on to be very disrespectful to a client (me) who had already waiting for a consultation. I then left after a couple more minutes of waiting. The staff at House of Beauty may be very nice but today, sadly it was not as exceptional as the other reviews say they are. This will be my first and last visit to this salon.

The thing is, my son was early to his appointment and the braider was not even on the premises. He was not informed this until after waiting a while. ANYONE would be annoyed by waiting for a stylist that wasn’t there. And she SHOULD have had some type of compassion for that purpose alone.
