I love Dunkin' Donuts because the prices are good, the service is great, and the food is excellent.
Awful. Cashier tells me I can't use a coupon for my macchiato (coupon clearly states otherwise). Food wasn't even warm.. it was still cold. I don't ever write reviews, in fact this is the first for me, but that was terrible customer service and it wasn't even busy.
Exactly unlike what you might exact if this were the 1970's.
